Personal – Does the acronym TMI mean anything? TMI means ‘Too much Information.’ Twitter, and various other social networking platforms, has led to a generation of Ashton Kutchers and Tila Teuilas. It is important to show your personal side, but don’t become a victim of TMI.
Conversational – This entails listening to your audience through Social Media Monitoring (SM2/SM2). SM2 can be as simple as Googling yourself, your company, or your brand to find out what people are saying. Or it can be as complicated as working with a company that has social media metrics tools.
