Our 2013 Book Trailer Contest!
We love books, and we want you to share your book with us. From January 1, 2013 to december 31, 2013, we will hold a Book Trailer Contest. The contest is simple. The more you get people to engage with your video on our page the more points you will accumulate. The grand prize winner will receive a three month Social Media Master’s package.
Here are the rules, details, and examples of some great book trailers:
1. The contest starts on January 1, 2013 and ends on December 31, 2013
2. The book must have been published between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2013
3. The video cannot contain any pornographic images or promote any illegal activity.
4. To enter, you must post the video on our Facebook page: SEO Bridges on Facebook
5. Votes will be counted by the number of Likes, shares, and comments on each video
6. Not all votes are counted equally. Like = 1 pt, Share = 2 pt Comment = 3 Pt
7. If you can confirm someone Liked our page because of your invitation, that will count for 5 Pt
8. Only Likes and all other social activity on our page during the contest dates will count toward the final tally
9. You are allowed to repost your video once a week
10. You must Like our Facebook page until the end of the year in order to win
11. The video must be of your book (no submitting for others)
12. Comments or Likes by the contestant or SEO Bridges do not count
13. Attempts to inflate point total by posting frivolously will result in disqualification
14. Liking comments by SEO Bridges will not count toward point total
15. The grand prize winner will be announced on 12/31/2012, so keep coming back for more info
16. Requests to amend grand prize will be considered but not guaranteed
17. Grand prize is non-transferrable
