Welcome to SEO Bridges “Ignited!”

I want to start by thanking those who made the all new SEOBridges.com a reality. Thank you to Renee Johnson of DevotionalDiva.com, who introduced me to Michael Forney—CMO of Ignition Garage. And thank you to Michael Forney and the team at Ignition Garage—Tim Engstrom (redesigned my site) and Sheila Cowley (designed my new logo)—for making this happen.

Onto the future of SEO Bridges.   We are discontinuing our blog on open source software; though, you can read those blogs below this blog or in our articles section.  Moving forward, I will personally blog about SEO content and Social Media Marketing (SMM), as it pertains to our audience. Of course, we will also have guest bloggers from time to time.  In the near future, I will launch a charitable arm that will benefit San Diego’s literary community.

With that said, I extend my thanks to those who have worked with me, supported me, or just clicked through my site. I anticipate working with many of you and serving your needs.

While we are discussing San Diego’s Social Media Marketing and SEO Content agency | seobridges.com, The easiest way of building a website, is to use an on the web web site builder. A great website builder can set up your website inside minutes. Then, all you have to do is add content material. It doesn’t get a lot simpler than this! Also, a good website builder will need no technical knowledge. You merely select a style from a list of web templates, then customize it to suit your needs.

I have no problem with a website builder if that is the route a person wants to take. For me, I perused thousands of website templates, but none of them reflected the message of SEO Bridges. In fact, I applaud website builders for making it easy for an SEO to integrate title tags, meta tags. etc. without the need to deal with source code. And I applaud any website builder that makes it easy to integrate blogs, plug-ins, etc. Website builders are great ways for people new to any business to start; though, just like a franchise owner must work within the structures of the business model, a webmaster must work within the structures of the website template.

    Thank you for your thoughts,

While we are discussing San Diego’s Social Media Marketing and SEO Content agency | seobridges.com, Constructing a website could be daunting but the real challenge lies in making it usable. The problem is most web designers forget that the website wasn’t created for themselves but to solve the users’ needs. They give creativity priority over practicality and usability.

I completely agree. Many people forget search engine optimization includes content, link building, etc, but it also integrates Web design. Whether it be SEO content, Web design, or whatever, the purpose is to optimize for the user, not the search engines.

    Thank you for your thoughts,

    Erick
